How the staff club works
Three things together make the club. Serious work, some fun, and a result people can see.
-
Challenges
Challenges are set for employees and each one has its own points. The company decides what the challenges are about.
-
Quizzes and games
Quizzes test what people know and online games lighten the mood. Both earn points, and together they keep the club from being all work.
-
Points and prizes
Points add up and employees can win valuable prizes with them. The company decides what the prizes are.
Why a thank-you letter and a yearly bonus are not enough
A yearly bonus comes once and is forgotten quickly. Nobody knows exactly which piece of work earned it. A staff club closes that gap. Today's work, today's points.
The second point is being seen. In large companies a lot of good work never reaches the manager's eyes. When challenges and quizzes are recorded somewhere, the person who quietly does good work gets noticed too.
Do not underestimate the games. A system that has only tests and duties empties out fast. The fun part is what brings people back.
Settle these four things before you order
A staff club is more of a management decision than a technical project. Get these clear on your side first.
What you want to encourage
Learning, cooperation between units, or sharing ideas. Challenges are built from this.
What the prizes are
A prize does not have to be expensive, but it has to be real and reachable. A prize nobody ever wins destroys trust.
Who sets challenges and quizzes
This is ongoing work. If nobody owns it from the start, the club goes quiet after a few weeks.
How staff get in
Not everyone sits at a computer. If part of your staff only uses a phone, the design has to start there.
Which companies a staff club is for, and which it is not for
I would rather be clear from the start so neither of us wastes time.
It fits if
- You have so many employees that a manager cannot know everyone up close.
- You want training and motivation to move forward together.
- You are ready to put a real plan behind the prizes.
Skip it if
- Your team is small and everyone sees each other every day. A thank-you in person works better.
- You want to use it to monitor people. Nobody joins a club that feels like surveillance.
- There are no prizes and you only want to hand out points.
How I work with you
-
First meeting
In person in Tabriz, or online if you are in another city or country. This is where I learn what you need and how the work gets done today.
-
Design on paper
We settle the sections and the details together. No code gets written until this step is finished.
-
Custom build
I build the system from scratch in PHP so it fits the way you already work.
-
Delivery and support
After delivery, support follows the contract we sign. Its terms are clear before the work starts.
Questions people usually ask
How is a staff club different from an HR system?
An HR system keeps attendance and payroll. A staff club has nothing to do with those. It is the place for challenges, quizzes, games and prizes.
Can we set the challenges and quizzes ourselves?
Yes. In Adrin's club, challenges and quizzes are set for staff, and I build that part for your company so you can run it yourselves.
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed number because it depends on the sections and features you need. After the first meeting I give you an exact estimate.
Do you work with clients outside Tabriz?
Yes. For other cities and other countries we meet online.
Are we on our own after delivery?
No. Support continues under the contract, and we agree on its terms before the work starts.
