How the club works
The basics are simple. A member does something and earns points. What changes is who the member is and what you ask them to do.
-
Two groups of members
End consumers and stores both join the same club, but the activities defined for them are different.
-
Activities and points
Each group gets its own activities and every activity has its own points. A member does something and the points land in their account.
-
A reason to come back
Points only mean something when the member has a reason to collect them. What points can be used for is something I settle with the client while designing each project.
Why the store has to be part of it
A straight discount is the simplest route and it works fast. The problem is that customers get used to the low price and leave when the discount ends. A loyalty club works on behavior instead of price and gives the people who stay a reason to stay.
For products that reach people through shops, the seller is half the story. They decide where your product sits on the shelf and what to say when a customer asks which one is better. A club that sees only the buyer leaves that half behind.
That is why I bring both groups into one club but with separate activities. What you ask of a buyer is not what you ask of a seller, and their points should not be the same either.
Settle these four things before you order
A club built without answers to these questions turns into a login page nobody visits after a few months.
Which behavior you want more of
Repeat purchases, referrals or collecting customer details. Without this, the club becomes point collecting with no purpose.
Who the members are
Consumers only, stores only, or both. This decision changes the structure of the whole system.
What points are good for
Members should know from day one what they are collecting points for. A reward that is distant and vague keeps nobody.
Who keeps the club alive
After launch a club needs fresh activities. Decide in advance whose job that is.
Who a loyalty club is for, and who it is not for
I would rather be clear from the start so neither of us wastes time.
It fits if
- Your product is bought more than once.
- There are stores or dealers between you and the consumer and you want them on your side too.
- You want to know your customers and not just look at the sales number.
Skip it if
- Your product is bought once every few years. Collecting points for it makes no sense.
- You only want one short campaign. There are simpler ways to do that.
- You have nobody to keep the club updated after launch.
How I work with you
-
First meeting
In person in Tabriz, or online if you are in another city or country. This is where I learn what you need and how the work gets done today.
-
Design on paper
We settle the sections and the details together. No code gets written until this step is finished.
-
Custom build
I build the system from scratch in PHP so it fits the way you already work.
-
Delivery and support
After delivery, support follows the contract we sign. Its terms are clear before the work starts.
Questions people usually ask
Is a ready-made loyalty service better than a custom one?
A ready-made service launches faster and is fine for a simple start. Custom becomes necessary when you have your own rules, for example two groups of members with separate activities. If I see in the first meeting that a ready-made service will do the job, I will tell you.
Can it be only for consumers or only for stores?
Yes. Having two groups was what Adrin needed. Your system is designed around your own customers.
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed number because it depends on the sections and features you need. After the first meeting I give you an exact estimate.
Do you work with clients outside Tabriz?
Yes. For other cities and other countries we meet online.
Are we on our own after delivery?
No. Support continues under the contract, and we agree on its terms before the work starts.
