About
From a shared host to enterprise systems
In 2012 I bought a shared host and installed WordPress. All I wanted was to see how a website goes live. A few months later I understood that getting it live is the easy part. Getting it found is the hard part.
My first real project was HamPaWordPress. That is where I learned to translate WordPress themes and convert them to right-to-left, and where I started writing about SEO, WordPress and security. Later my direction changed and I retired the site, but the habit stayed: whatever I do not know, I sit down and learn.
Today my work has two halves. One is development: custom platforms in PHP and MySQL, web tools translated into as many as ten languages, and corporate sites on WordPress and Elementor. The other half is SEO: taking those same projects to a position that brings real traffic. Ranking first on Google for Telegram Downloader is the result of that combination, not luck.
Most of my week now goes to Abbaspur Industrial Group, where I lead digital marketing. Alongside that I keep a few personal projects and several long-term collaborations, listed further down this page.

Telegram Downloader
It started on WordPress, then I moved the whole thing to a custom PHP codebase to fix speed and the multilingual structure. It now runs in ten languages and holds the first Google result for Telegram Downloader.

I built the full English version of this site with Elementor Pro. Before that I managed and corrected the Persian version, and after delivery I kept optimising the site remotely.

My role here goes well beyond the website. Whenever a department needed a tool, we built it: customer feedback, competitor price tracking, staff training. All of them are written in PHP and MySQL and run inside the company network.

Customer voice CRM
Logging, categorising and following up customer feedback until it is resolved, with an internal workflow between departments.

BCG matrix tool
Product portfolio analysis on the BCG matrix, showing market share and growth rate for each product side by side.

Staff training platform
Each person sees courses matched to their level, from staff to management, and takes the tests defined inside the platform.

Competitor price tracker
Competitor prices, discount rates and giveaways are recorded, and a built-in calculator makes the changes comparable.

Reporting platform
Periodic reports from every department are written, archived and searched in one consistent format.

Promoter management with location
Promoter attendance and activity in stores is tracked with location logging and daily reports.

Credential management system
Centralised, controlled storage of organisational account access, with a defined permission level for each person.

Online company handbooks
Company catalogues and handbooks in a readable online format, with no PDF download needed.
These are internal systems with no public link.

Some of these I shut down myself when my direction changed, some were retired by the client, and for a few I simply do not have permission to publish the link. Each one taught me something I still use.
