How the platform works
It has three simple parts that follow one another.
-
Levels
Every person has a level in the system. Employee, expert, supervisor, head or manager. That level decides what they see.
-
Courses for each level
Courses are defined separately for each level. Whoever logs in sees only their own list and does not have to dig through dozens of courses.
-
Multiple choice tests
Tests are defined for the courses and staff take them inside the same system. That is how you know whether a course was only watched or actually learned.
Why a classroom session or a shared video file is not enough
A classroom session happens once. Anyone who was away that day, or was hired a month later, has missed it. Dropping a video file in a group chat does not fix this either, because nobody knows who watched it and who did not.
The second problem is that everyone gets the same content. General training for all is precise for no one. When content is split by level, each person feels the course was made for them and watches it to the end.
Tests are an inseparable part of this. Without a test you only know that a video was opened. With a test you know what landed and what needs to be said again.
Settle these four things before you order
The platform is only the container. These four points decide what goes inside.
Your company's levels
These five levels or a different split. The system is arranged around your own structure.
Who creates the content
A platform does not replace content. Decide in advance who is responsible for the videos and texts.
How serious the tests are
Just for review, or part of evaluation too. This changes how tests are designed.
Which device staff use
If most of them come in on a phone, the design starts from the phone.
Which companies this platform is for, and which it is not for
I would rather be clear from the start so neither of us wastes time.
It fits if
- Your staff work across several levels and units.
- You hire often and the same training gets repeated from scratch each time.
- You want to know whether training really worked.
Skip it if
- You have no training content yet and no plan to make any.
- Your team is a handful of people working side by side.
- You want to sell courses outside the company. That is an e-learning store and needs a different design.
How I work with you
-
First meeting
In person in Tabriz, or online if you are in another city or country. This is where I learn what you need and how the work gets done today.
-
Design on paper
We settle the sections and the details together. No code gets written until this step is finished.
-
Custom build
I build the system from scratch in PHP so it fits the way you already work.
-
Delivery and support
After delivery, support follows the contract we sign. Its terms are clear before the work starts.
Questions people usually ask
How is it different from a regular online course website?
A regular course website is built to sell courses to the public. This platform is internal, has no sales, and shows content based on each person's job level.
Can it sit next to a staff club?
Yes. Since both are custom built, they can be designed side by side from the start. We go through the details in the first meeting.
How much does it cost?
There is no fixed number because it depends on the sections and features you need. After the first meeting I give you an exact estimate.
Do you work with clients outside Tabriz?
Yes. For other cities and other countries we meet online.
Are we on our own after delivery?
No. Support continues under the contract, and we agree on its terms before the work starts.
